Hotel Accommodation

The Via World Viagens e Turismo will take care of the reservations in the Ramada Park Hotel, Geneva Switzerland. Please refer to our web site www.viaworld.com.br section “hotel accommodations” to book on line.

Only Guaranteed reservations will be accepted: to guarantee your reservation a deposit covering one night is required. Deposits will be deducted from the final hotel bill when paid by the participant at the hotel.

For cancellations received before October 1st, 2007 deposits will be refunded less € 60.- for administrative costs. In case of cancellations (after October 1st, 2007) or no-shows we reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be re-sold.
A handling fee of € 35.- per hotel room will be charged for every hotel modification received after October 29 th, 2007.
